With only a few days left before they walk down the aisle, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will follow another ancient tradition ahead of the big "I do." According to Reuters, Kensington Palace said the couple will be separated the night before the wedding and will meet the day of their big day at the church.
In fact, the two will be taken to different (and very luxurious!) hotels that are close to the Windsor Castle area, where the ceremony and reception will take place.
Where will Harry and Meghan spend the night?
According to representatives of the royal family, Harry will stay in the traditional Coworth Park, considered one of the most iconic country hotels in all of England. Along with him will be his best man and brother, Prince William. Meghan will take her mother, Doria Ragland, to the rooms of the beautiful Cliveden House Hotel.
The two places, rated 5-stars, will host the bride and groom stand out for the exuberance of their facilities, which are worthy of kings and queens.
The groom's hotel has luxury eco-spa
The Coworth Park hotel property is located in a 240-acre field area, which provides spectacular views with lots of greenery.
In addition to having a luxurious eco-spa available to guests, the space also features an indoor pool, three restaurants and 70 finely decorated en suite rooms. The daily rates at this hotel start from about $1,600.
Meghan will be in a historic location
Set just 30 minutes away from Coworth, the hotel where Meghan will be staying attracts attention for being raised in a 17th-century mansion within an area of 376 acres. No wonder the rooms are decorated with antique and rare furniture, along with priceless works of art. Each suite even has its own fireplace, a separate cloakroom, and a fully equipped bathroom. Not to mention that the spaces also have generous saletas and king-size beds, for the value of approximately $2,100 per day.
Harry and Meghan will be held on May 19th in the chapel of St. George, which lies inside Windsor Castle. After the ceremony, the couple will attend two different receptions in the same place and must spend their first night as husband and wife on the property.
