Madonna is back!
The pop icon has released a new Spanglish anthem with Maluma; her first new single in four years is called "Medellin."
The Latin-infused single is the first track to be lifted from the Queen of Pop's 14th studio album "Madame X," which is expected to come out on June 14.
The Colombian crooner was overcome with emotion after hearing his song in the car, check out his reaction below.

"It's impossible to hold back the tears and emotion after listening to this," Maluma wrote in Spanish. "You don't know how happy this makes me and what this means in my life…It's worth it to dream. I told you!"
