Alfonso Cuarón confessed to James Corden that he avoids his old films as much as he can.
“I find that my films are like 80′s haircuts, when I do them it was like a good idea at the time – and then after, it’s like I better not see them again,” the Mexican director expressed.
“No, it’s like seeing your parents have sex or something,” Alfonso added.
Alfonso has directed acclaimed films such as Gravity, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Children of Men as well as ROMA, which is up for Best Picture at the 2019 Oscars.
