Nutritionist Lucilia Diniz shared on Facebook a juice recipe that uses simple ingredients that, together, can debloat your belly and body.

Besides, the juice has an antioxidant effect, which means that the nutrients in it help protect our body from harmful free radical oxidation. This oxidation converges with cellular aging and so many chronic diseases such as cancer, cataracts, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.

Debloating juice


  • 1 cup of camomile tea (cold)
  • 2 cups of orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 1 chopped pear


Mix all the ingredients in a blender, sieve it and put it in the fridge. Done!
