10 Body Positive Campaigns That'll Make You Love Yourself

Real talk, it’s not easy to feel 10/10 about yourself when toned and tiny bodies are plastered on every billboard and TV commercial. Thankfully, within the past few years, mainstream media has started to catch on to the body positive movement. Last month, Ashley Grahamgraced the cover ofCosmopolitanand Chrissy Teigen constantly reminds us that her body isn’t perfect, and that she loves to cook and eat. Most recently, Girls stars Lena Dunham and Jemima Kirke posed for New Zealand lingerie brand Lonely’s Lonely Girls Project, a journal series featuring un-retouched pictures of women wearing their brand. It’s thanks to projects like these that women with bigger bodies are starting to feel a little more normal, and the campaigns below serve as important reminders that, although it may not be obvious in the media yet, most women’s bodies are not like what you see on TV.
