McDonald's and Taco Bell have just made our lives so much easier (and better) by announcing promising dollar menus at their restaurants.
Let's cut to the chase.
In 2013, McDonald's got rid of its beloved dollar menu. It sucked, but that's fine because people kept buying other value options like their McPick 2 for $5. On Monday, the fast-food chain revealed that it's reviving its iconic dollar menu because heck, why not?
The new dollar menu will not entirely feature items at $1, but also for $2 and $3. According to a statement by McDonald's, it will include any size soft drinks and cheeseburgers for $1, small McCafe drinks and bacon McDoubles for $2 and Happy Meals and triple cheeseburgers for $3. The new and improved dollar menu will begin making the rounds nationwide on Jan. 4.
Meanwhile, Taco Bell is upgrading its already-existing dollar cravings. According to Business Insider, the fast-food chain will be rolling out not 1, not 2, not 5, not 10, but 20 (!) $1 limited-time offerings throughout 2018.
But there's no need to wait for 2018 because, in mid-December, they will be launching the $1 Stacker with layers of beef and cheese between a grilled tortilla. #Savage
