Just like Burger King and McDonald's are always busting out new menu items, Taco Bell does not stay behind.
The fast-food chain is making headlines after it was revealed that it was testing out a new burrito. Remember when they were testing out a burrito with Pop Rocks? Well, something like that, but not quite.
Brace yourself, because Taco Bell is now testing a burrito loaded with french fries inspired by the native San Diego, Calif. burrito.
Called the California Loaded Fries Burrito, the ~possible~ menu item is prepped with ground beef, shredded cheese, and sour cream guacamole, salsa, and crispy fries, according to FoodBeast.
A Chipotle burrito, which has chipotle sauce instead of guac, and a Supreme burrito, which is the same without guac or chipotle, are also being tested. So, yes, if all goes well, we will have three delish loaded fries burritos to choose from.
The SoCal-inspired burrito is currently only sold at locations in Charleston, West Virginia, where it is being tested through late December. The burrito sells for $1.99, but they also come in a $5 box with tacos and a medium drink if you're about that life.
