McDonald's really needs to get it together.
First, their ice cream machines are always broken, then they said goodbye to the Hi-C Orange drink, and then, they brought back the Szechuan Sauce for one day only... ONE FREAKING DAY!
I don't know what's going on here, but McDonald's needs to stop playing with our feelings.
As if they haven't done enough damage to our poor little hearts, the fast-food chain has revealed that they're getting rid of another popular menu item: the Buttermilk Crispy Tenders.
These chicken tenders—along with their signature sweet and tangy sauce—were introduced in ending September, which is ~literally~ yesterday. How can they be going off the market so quickly?
"Because demand far surpassed our expectations, we will soon take a brief break from serving them at our restaurants," the fast-food chain said in a statement to Business Insider. "By the end of next month, however, our craveable and delicious tenders will be back and available for everyone's enjoyment."
So, apparently, people love them so much (I don't blame them) that there are not enough tenders for everyone in this world? I'm offended. So are people on Twitter.
