An Avocado Bar Is Opening In Brooklyn For All You Extra Guac Lovers

All you extra guac lovers, brace yourself, because an avocado-only joint is opening for the first time in the U.S. I know, we're screaming with joy, too!

Avocaderia, which will open at 11 a.m. on April 10th at the Industry City Food Hall, 254 36th St. in Brooklyn, has blessed us all with healthy and yummy options. In their own words, "they want to give us the best of both." And we're extremely grateful.

The restaurant will offer sweet smoothies, fresh salads, delicious bowls, and savory toasts. We also spotted some avocado fries and avocado chocolate cake on their Insta, so that's exciting. Their menu will offer different cuisines influenced by popular dishes in Mexico, Japan, and Egypt. 

All the avocados at the Avocaderia are organic, farmed in Michoacán, Mexico by a consortium of local farmers, and fairly traded to the U.S.
