It's that time of year again, you know, when we celebrate sleep! As tradition holds, every January 3rd is Festival of Sleep Day, honoring the advantages and beauty of the slumber state.
Nobody is quite sure how this day was founded, but one thing is for sure, anyone and everyone can benefit from it!
The day comes a week after the hectic holiday season and calls for some time to rest. That's why, grab your snuggie, forget about the world, and relax to some of these soothing Latino jams.
